At 1:30pm PT today, Lindsay Lohan (who must be present at the hearing) will be arraigned and charged with felony grand theft because she feels she can walk out of a jewelry store with a $2,500 necklace then not return it until the police get all up in her business with things like search warrants.
Lindsay Lohan may be headed back to the slammer. The 24-year-old actress will be charged Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store. The Mean Girls star will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. at the Airport Superior Court; she must be present for the hearing. If convicted, Lohan faces up to three years in California state prison. Lohan allegedly walked out of Kamofie & Company with the necklace on January 22; the owner reported the theft to the L.A.P.D., which investigated the claim and presented evidence to the D.A.’s office last week.
Yet despite with enough evidence provided by the D.A. for a judge to proceed with the hearing, Lindsay is staying true to form. Which, of course, is a delusional cry baby.
Lindsay Lohan is telling friends … she’s pleading not guilty tomorrow with vigor, because she says, “I honestly feel I did nothing wrong.” Lohan is saying privately, “I’m pleading not guilty because I’m NOT!”
Oh! She’s guilty because she’s not! I get in now. Man, the D.A. is gonna feel really stupid when they find out that necklace was a magical amulet given to Lindsay by a shaman to protect her from turning into a werewolf. You know, or whatever else Lindsay comes up with after she does blow in the bathroom.
