Daisy Fuentes is Topless

If you were alive when MTV showed actual videos, you probably know who Daisy Fuentes is. Or you might not. In her defense, she was on MTV at the same time as Jenny McCarthy, so it’s understandable how your penis won’t recognize some manly looking Cuban chick. Well, she has implants now and decided to let them hang out in France. I guess that’s some good news for you. It’s probably better than when this paparazzo was told he had to take pictures of a chick who hasn’t been famous in fifteen years. He might as well be taking pictures of The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Update: Images removed per Daisy Fuentes’ lawyers’ request.

Dear Sir or Madam:

This firm represents Daisy Fuentes, the famous model and actress.

Your site, www.idontlikeyouinthatway.com, is displaying nude photos of Daisy Fuentes taken without authorization in violation of her rights of privacy and publicity. We demand that you remove these photos immediately.

As you know, your display of these photos specifically violates Ms. Fuentes’s rights of privacy and publicity under California common law and California Civil Code sections 3344 and 1708.8, among other provisions. By displaying these unauthorized photographs on your site, you could be held liable for, among other things, triple the amount of actual damages plus punitive damages, which in this case could amount to millions of dollars. Needless to say, your display of these unauthorized photographs is extremely damaging, upsetting and distressing and would also warrant entry of a Temporary Restraining Order or Preliminary Injunction to have them removed. If forced to bring suit, Ms. Fuentes also would be entitled to recover her legal fees.

If you remove the photos immediately and take no further action to disseminate them (or encourage others to do so), we have been instructed to take no further action against you. If you do not remove these unauthorized photos, however, we will take all necessary and appropriate measures to protect our client’s rights.

Please confirm with me by email within the next 24 hours that you have removed these photos.

This letter does not constitute a complete statement of Ms. Fuentes’s rights.

Sincerely,

[name withheld]
