Carolyn Murphy is Almost a Porn Star

Page Six reports that supermodel Carolyn Murphy had her ex-husband, homeless surfer Jake Schroeder, arrested on extortion charges after he tried to sell the graphic sex tape the couple made on their Honeymoon in Barbados. His $33,000 bail was paid by Internet Commerce Group, the firm attempting to market the tape. Last Friday, officers of the Phoenix police department seized the tape and a file which contained correspondence from Schroeder and his contract with ICG. David Gringas, a lawyer for the firm, says they have every intention of releasing the tape.

Our position is that no crime has been committed,” Gingras told PAGE SIX. “You cannot commit extortion by offering to sell something you own.” Rather than risking a battle in civil court, where she might lose and see the tape released, Carolyn has decided to simply fabricate a false extortion claim against Schroeder,” Gingras said. He questioned the tactics of Marty Singer, the lawyer for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl. “It’s like he pulled out a gun in a boxing match.” Gingras said that once the extortion charge against Schroeder is dismissed, he plans to sue Murphy, Singer, “and anyone else who assisted in commencing the sham criminal charges.”

Round one, homeless guy. Round two, my hand. Ever since I knew this tape existed, I have been doing extra cardio and cross-training anticipating it’s release. There are only so many times I can watch the sex tape I made with Jennifer Love Hewitt (actually, it’s a box set), and I haven’t seen the results in my forearm that I’m looking for. So this tape can’t get here soon enough. For the record, I normally don’t have a thing for blondes. But if Carloyn Murphy stood in front of me, took off her pants, looked at me, looked down, then looked back up at me, I’d be down there so long I could make Jennifer a blonde wig.
